Weather Changes Plans
Travel plans are being changed as many are experiencing delays and power outages in the Midwest. Thousands of passengers at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport were significantly delayed early Friday as 90 percent of departures were running late or very late overnight.
Much of the Midwest has been flooded including Michigan, Illinois, Southern Indiana and parts of Ohio. At 9 p.m. ET Friday, flood warnings were in effect for parts of Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio and South Dakota.
