Many years ago, we took the kids camping in Kentucky and went to Mammoth Caves. I recommend this trip to everyone. The caves are awesome. This is my son, who is 6′ 5″ tall now.
Curiosity led the way to discoveries of minerals, and primitive miners plumbed the rocky halls for nearly 2,000 years before the cave again fell quiet. It would not again echo the sound of human feet clattering the floor stones until the very end of the 18th century.
Mammoth Cave is the world’s longest known cave. In fact it is so long that if the second and third longest caves in the world were joined together, Mammoth Cave would still be the planet’s longest cave and have nearly 100 miles left over!

Wanna hear a pirate joke?
A pirate walks into a barber shop and says oy chair.
The barber looks at him strangely and points to the oyster bar across the street.
No, the pirate says. Oy chair.
Confused, the barber offers to walk him across the street to eat some oysters with him.
The pirate’s matey walks in and asks the pirate what is up with yoy chair.
The pirate says, I’m trying to get it cut but the barber just wants to go for lunch.
Sorry. It’s lame but all that pirate talk does make me hungry for some seafood.
I have been curious as to the rules when it comes to eating raw fish. Since trying to eat Sushi last week and Lynn talking about eating gulf oysters, I have decided to become more informed about seafood. There is a helpful website called Be Oyster Aware. You can find out how to stay safe when choosing and eating seafood. The site also has some yummy recipes to try. A Hoy!

Lynn and I want to put in a fireplace and we know what we like. We saw a fireplace similar to what we would like and it was at a boot store out in the middle of nowhere. I noticed that they are going out of business. I wish we could have their fireplace. It seems a shame that no one will be enjoying it.
I would like to give a heads up about a new website. China Webmasters Forums is a great place for webmasters in China to meet to discuss web and graphic design as well as programming and coding. This website is also a place where you can discuss other things pertaining to the Internet. There are sections on search engine optimization and how to get the best SEO for your website. This new forum is full of valuable information and is waiting for you to check it out.
While at Epcot, we visited the aquarium. It was a very nice aquarium and on the day that we were there it was not crowded. We watched the dolphins for a long time and there was a huge turtle that kept swimming by. He was inches away from the glass and we enjoyed looking at him. I wonder what he was thinking. He probably thought, “Sheesh, if she would get in here and swim with me, she could lose some of that belly roll.”
We also enjoyed some of the smaller aquariums that held sea horses, clown fish (like Dori) and eel. We were surprised to see some of the snails peeking out of their shells. This guy looked like he wanted to strike up a conversation.

Have you wanted to travel in Europe but were afraid to do so? Do the details overwhelm you? I know of someone whose dream it is to travel in Cyprus but won’t even check into it because all the details seem too much for her to wrap her head around. I would not let that stop me!
There are so many online companies who make it their business to help you travel in style and with ease. CarRentalBookers makes car hire in Europe easy and affordable. They have been doing just that for over 27 years and would love to help you with your car rental needs.

A few weeks ago, my husband, my son and I attended a fund raiser for our church. A group from our church are trying to raise money so that they can go to Haiti and help the people there. The fund raiser was a dance that featured Tuxedo Junction. This group is made up from local musicians. We knew many of the members of the group and that made it even more fun to attend and listen to this fine group. One of the highlights of the evening was when my baby boy asked me to dance. By now you should get the message that when we travel, we eat. We eat all the time. We look for places to eat. One such place was Mimi’s Cafe in Orlando. My sister is Mimi to her grandchildren and we all know her as that now so we had to saw we had eaten at Mimi’s to let her know if she did a good job of feeding us travelers. We had been to IKEA and we were weary. Mimi’s revived us so much that, much to the dismay of my husband, we hit the mall before going home to Stacy’s house in Jacksonville.
The decor at Mimi’s borders on Cajun to pirate with a touch of New Orleans. There were jazz pictures and figurines everywhere. They have a wide array of entries that include fish, steaks, chops and pasta. They also have chicken and turkey dishes. The food was seasoned well and came out piping hot. Hubby said that his pork chops were the best he’d ever eaten. He meant eaten at a restaurant. He makes yummy chops here at home.
We were too stuffed to try dessert so you will have to check that out on your own.
When I travel, I dream of owning property in the places I visit. If I was serious about purchasing or listing a property, I would utilize www.medhead.com. The site is in 7 different languages and lists 7000 properties. The properties are for sale or rent through estate agents and private individuals in the beautiful countries of Spain, France, Italy and Cyprus. All 7000 properties are translated in 7 languages which include English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Russian and Danish. Whenever you check out any of the pages for each country, you will be able to have each page translated in the language of your liking.
I have longed to travel to Spain and see the beautiful vineyards and terrain of that diverse country. With this Mediterranean property portal I can search out points of interest. It is very easy to use the site and it even has map search capabilities. I had to make myself stop looking because it was so easy to jump from one page to the next and get carried away with my dreaming. I found this lovely place in Nerja, Malaga, Spain. I have to start saving my money.
While we were on our vacation, I was using a friend’s laptop and I didn’t want to load pictures on it and use up space. I just realized that I never did show Drew what we ate at Woody’s BBQ. Does this look good?
