I used Enterprise due to my insurance company and when I picked it up the car was being"cleaned up" because the former customer had trashed it out so badly. The Enterprise employee told me that it was so filthy and he was shocked and how messy the girls had left it. Wow, was I dreading to see it. But...they did a great job of cleaning it. I could see stains on the seats and all over carpet. It is a 2008 PT Cruiser (I have a picture of it on my blog) and I suppose I am shocked that people do trash rent cars like they do.
