So Much to Do
This is the last week until our vacation! I knew that it would come quickly once we turned our calendar to July. We have rented a four bedroom cabin in the mountains of Tennessee. My sister and I stayed in cabin in the same area last March when we attended the quilt festival. Most have a full kitchen, fireplace and a jacuzzi. This one has all of those amenities. I am not sure how much we will be at the cabin though. There is so much to do in the area around Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We may need to check into a car hire service to get all of us to our different destinations. I like the Argus Car Hire Service because they get the best prices for us. They have over 450 car rental suppliers to choose from in over 12,000 locations worldwide.
Some of us are looking forward to going to our favorite quilt shop. We gravitate to the Cherry Pit in Pigeon Forge and become inspired. They have quilts hanging everywhere. Their purse display is what got me interested in making bags.
We have been checking into white water rafting. Have any of you done this activity? I am wondering if my back can stand the pounding.
Of course there are the outlet malls and scrapbooking stores to check out. I hear that there is a casino close by. I think the week is going to go by quickly.

That sounds like so much fun! I would be in heaven just going to the outlet malls and the quilt shops and the scrapbooking shops. My kind of fun!
To answer your question…NO…no whitewater rafting for me. I’m way too chicken for such things! Plus I like to avoid looking like a drowned rat in public… LOL
