Hey Karen! Tennessee is a fun state. Carrie and I are involved with a business headquartered there so we've been there several times for conventions. One year we rented a car and drove from Nashville to the east end of the state back, stopping at Lee University to visit a niece who was there at the time. I can't remember if we were anywhere near Bristol or not, but we sure enjoyed the fall colors we saw as we traveled. Thanks for stopping by and commenting! It is amazing to me how different the country is all over the US. Here in Indiana it is different in the middle than it is in the southern part where my hubby goes to fish.

I'm originally from West Tennessee, and have been through Bristol. I wished I could have spent more time visiting the sites. It's been almost two years since I've been to Virginia, in fact, right now I'm wearing a t-shirt from Virginia picturing horses, of course. Beautiful area to visit!
